General Information
Hi Folks, my background is in middle distance running, I was a former national champion. I was on scholorship in East Tennessee State University for track and cross county. Then when i came home I got into fitness……. BIG TIME!
After finishing my fitness course as student of the year, I then went on and completed my diplomas in advanced personal training and holistic massage. I subsequently become a certified Fitness Tutor and in turn built up a wide range of clients for my personal training company “Greg Kenny Fitness”.
At the moment we have a succesful Bootcamp running up in Maynooth with possibly more on the way.
Personal Interests
I a certified Coach in Boxing, swimming, soccer, Running,Tennis and triathalon. Basically I have a huge intrest in most sports. Are you looking to excel in any sport? If so I can help you get to where you want to be…..
I am a good friend of greg and he is very good. He has helped me in various celebrity events.

Love the page, anyone interested in getting fit should defo take this mans advice. I went through a fitness programme with Greg for 3 months leading up to my wedding, i hated him for putting me through the pain ! But achieved my goal and lost 2 stone in the process. I am currently training for the Dublin Marathon! Thanks mate .

Hope the training is going well, by the sounds of things your flying, the next few weeks will be tough just stay with it and stick to your plan, remember if your feeling really down or very tired one of the days dont be afraid to taper the training down if you need any advise or for me to look at your training plan as just a refrence just let me know
